Area Manager

Job Summary: Home of Hope, Inc. Community Supports Residential Programs are designed to enable persons receiving services to live as independently as possible in their homes. Coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  

Essential Job Functions: 1. Ensure the right to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage a complaint, are well established and maintained at all times for the people we support. 2. Coordinate program operations including attending medical appointments, coordinating activities, providing training and guidance to the people we support. Assist individuals with integration into the community by accompanying them to various recreational and social activities based on the interest of the individual. Provide transportation when necessary. Ensure that personal hygiene and health standards are met for supported individuals. Provide the person/people supported a meaningful learning experience to assist individuals in reaching their goals. Utilize the least restrictive environments. Complete and oversee the collection of data when needed.
