Area Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Your professional demeanor will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with guests, generate new business and increase staff productivity. Duties include:

•  Formulating and enforcing company policies
• Coordinating and overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Monitoring and motivating staff,
• Managing operational costs, improving revenue
• Generate reports for sales and cost of goods sold
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Engaging with vendors
• Hiring and training employees, ongoing training and evaluations
• Monitoring financial activities
• Possible travel between multiple locations within the valley

The successful candidate for this role should possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• Superior knowledge of restaurant business functions
• Budgeting, and finance skills
