Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Lead and support team members across front desk and clinical roles
Ensure clinic compliance with company policies, HR standards, and healthcare regulations
Manage and improve scheduling systems, queue flow, and daily clinic operations
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Monitor revenue activity, A/R and A/P processes, and assist with local marketing
Resolve patient or staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate staff schedules and provider calendars (including on-call rotations)
Manage inventory, supply ordering, and facility maintenance communications
Handle deposits, payroll timekeeping, and front desk coverage when needed
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 4 years of medical office management experience required
Minimum 4 years managing large teams (15+ employees)
Deep knowledge of medical billing, insurance workflows, and EMR/EHR systems
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to travel occasionally between clinic locations
Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
