Area Operator - Production

Join us as an Area Production Operator in Marshall to play a key part in maintaining production reliability and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the site. In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of chemical process systems and associated equipment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Operating and Monitoring: Operate chemical process systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.

2. Safety Compliance: Execute Lockout-Tagout procedures to ensure the safety of personnel during equipment servicing.

3. Process Oversight: Monitor operating conditions and track the progress of production runs.

4. Control System Monitoring: Supervise process operations using the Distributed Control System (DCS).

5. Business Support: Assist in achieving broader operational and business goals.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process and performance enhancements.

7. Culture Building: Foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on reliability and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklift, loader)
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including working in various weather conditions, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing

• Starting pay of 23.71$ per hour.
