Area Sales Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the sales teams with a variety of tasks. In this role, you will:

• Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other sales-related events.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the sales department.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in sales support, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
