Position Overview:

We are seeking three dynamic and experienced Area Sales Representatives to join the team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a deep commitment to our primary customer, the boda boda rider. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a sustainable enterprise, working with a dedicated team in the electric mobility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, relationship-building, and execution of sales strategies.
  

• You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and promoting the company's electric motorbikes as a viable and sustainable solution.
  

• You will stay updated on the company's product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to potential customers.
  

• You will cover the assigned areas, including Kitengela to Isinya and Ongata Rongai to Kajiado, ensuring comprehensive coverage and market penetration.
  

• You will facilitate information and test ride sessions for potential customers.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Competencies:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  

• You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• You have knowledge of using CRM tools for the sales process.
  

• You have knowledge of electric mobility and sustainable practices is desirable.
  

• You have the ability to ride a motorcycle, which is an added advantage.
  

• You have a passion for improving the lives of boda boda riders and seeing them as The company's business partners.
