Area Service Development Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Area Service Development Officer to support the expansion and development of the service network across the Eastern and Western regions. The role will focus on identifying new service partners, coordinating with dealers, ensuring ASP recruitment and setup, and monitoring service network development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential new Authorized Service Points (ASPs).


• Coordinate with dealers for ASP recruitment and finalization.


• Ensure proper completion of ASP recruitment documentation and agreements.


• Follow up on ASP contributions and other required formalities.


• Coordinate with the Marketing and Dealer teams for branding, painting, and CI compliance.


• Monitor the completion of ASP setup activities within the required timeline.


• Coordinate and support ASP inauguration programs.


• Conduct regular field visits to ASPs and dealers.


• Prepare and submit visit reports and progress reports.


• Monitor ASP operations and provide updates to the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical/Automobile or Business Development roles.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.


• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned East and West regions.


• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
