Arils Filler Operator II

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Arils Filler Operator II to join our Arils team. The primary focus of this role is to operate and oversee filler equipment efficiently, ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining safety and product quality standards.

Compensation Range: $19.00 - $22.00 

Here's what you'll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Follow all GMP, Food Safety & Company policies.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned filler equipment in accordance with production schedules.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the operations of the assigned production line to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform quality checks to verify product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and production reports.

• Ability to operate HMI screen.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. 
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment.
• Ability to work with maintenance when required and needed.
• Able to operate all the equipment in Arils department
