Rental Associate

This position is responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process - from reservations and contract signing to return check-ins. This role ensures excellent customer service, efficient operations and a clean, well maintained rental fleet. we deal with both leisure customers and service customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people whether on the move or in for car service 

Job Responsibilities

• 
  

  Answering Phones - taking messages, confirming future reservations, calling overdue customers, and making reservations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining the Rental Fleet - mileage, fuel, plate expiration, service (oil change, tire rotation etc.) recording damage on check-in and appropriately charging customer. (fleet consists of 70-100 vehicles depending on time of year)

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning the Rental Fleet - we are required to maintain cleanliness in our rental fleet. Which requires us to full - detail our own vehicles (all equipment will be provided)

  
  


• 
  

  Taking Payment - You will be required to take the customers payment and receipt the payment in our dealer management software (Reynolds and Reynolds)

  
  


• General Office Work - Organizing paperwork, filing, keeping the workspace clean, making sure all purchase orders and due bills (payments from other departments) are accounted for.
