Armed Manager Join Our Growing Team!

We are currently seeking a qualified Armed Manager to join our fast-growing security company in Southern California.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in both armed security and management roles

• Former law enforcement or military training is strongly preferred

• Must possess a valid guard card and exposed firearms permit

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with management on client accounts

• Creating and managing schedules

• Handling call-offs and coverage adjustments

• Conducting site checks to ensure post compliance

• Providing field support and working in the field as needed
