Job Description - Armed Protection Agent for Cannabis Operation Facility

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Armed Protection Agent to join our team for the events operations. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment and providing top Customer Service. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Provide saftey and Assurance to employees

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Stand Post and be a Visual Detterence

Use De Escalation methods when in need

Provide Customer service Priority one

Must Be able to lift carry 40 to 50 pounds

Check in customers ID checks

Use Metal detector wand to prevent weapons from entering facility

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Armed Security Officer in dealing with the public (5 + years Preferred)

Valid registration as a security officer ( Open Carry Permit )

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures ( Is a Must)

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Able to follow directions

Time Management

Must have Superb customer service

Must be able to stay off phone and pay attention to surrounding

Have all permits ( Baton, Hancuffs, Baton, Taser)

Must have security equipment ( Bullet proof vest, Security Boots, Security BDU pants) 5.11 pants

Must have Experience working in Cannabis Operations

Projected Schedule : All shifts Available ( Day , Swing And Night)
Weekly pay
Rate: $21

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
