Job Description - Armed Protection Agents

PROJECTED SCHEDULE

Locations: Dispensaries

Monday - Sunday
6am to 2pm shifts 8.0 hrs
2pm to 10pm Shift 8.0
10pm to 6am 8.0

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Armed Protection Officer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment for the property and employees.

Responsibilities

Check all guest in

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Provide saftey and Assurance to employees

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Stand Post and be a Visual Detterence

use De Escalation methods when in need

Provide a strong visual Deterrence for Preventive measures

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Armed Security Officer in dealing with the public (5 + years Preferred)

Valid Guard card and Open carry Permits

Must have reliable transporation

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures ( Is a Must)

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Able to follow directions

Time Management

Must have Excellent Customer service

must be super proctive

Uniform must be clean and presentable aligned with company standards

Must Be Bilingual Spanish and English

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
