Since opening our doors in 1992, we’ve grown into a welcoming, trusted home for veterinary care in Arnold, Severna Park, and Annapolis. Families know us for our warmth, our long-standing relationships, and a team that pours heart and dedication into every visit. We offer comprehensive dental and surgical services to our large, loyal clientele base!

Arnold Pet Station is located in a beautiful suburb of Annapolis, Maryland. We are seeking a full or part-time Veterinarian with an interest in surgery and dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $120-160k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.


• Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $160k


• Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.


• Relocation stipend


• Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
