Arrival Artists Seeks Tour Administrator

POSITION OVERVIEW

This person will work closely with the Agents and Agency Associates in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the life cycle of our artists’ tours.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining database information for performances (including entering all confirmed shows and any edits as dictated/approved by Associate) and contact records.


• Organizing internal setup for new clients across multiple systems/applications, and managing the upkeep of artist records and documentation.


• Issuing contracts once performance details are finalized.


• Creating and distributing reporting to the artist’s team throughout the lifecycle of a tour.


• Assembling and distributing ticket count reports.


• Manage immigration process for artists performing in Canada.


• Collaborating with Associate on managing announce/onsale and marketing for tours not handled by the marketing department (including owning webchecks and assisting in distributing onsale/announce assets).

Ideal candidates possess the following:

• The ability to manage several concurrent projects with an aptitude for detail and effectively reprioritize tasks as needed, in a high volume and time-sensitive environment.


• An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word;


• A healthy sense of self-motivation, strong organizational skills and a professional manner.

The ability to thrive in an open and collaborative office environment and a passion for music are essential.

This position will be based in Boulder, CO. No relocation allowances will be offered.
