Art Director (online slot games)

We’re looking for an experienced Art Director with a solid background in online slot game development to lead the visual direction of the games and guide a talented team of artists. 

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation support is provided).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the online gambling slots industry.


• Hands-on experience with the full art production cycle of slot games, from concept to final assets.


• Strong understanding of tools, pipelines, workflows, and the technical constraints of real-time development.


• Deep knowledge of global visual trends in gambling and player behaviour.


• Ability to work with various art styles, from classic casino themes to modern and innovative visuals.


• Creative mindset, open to new ideas and approaches.


• Proven leadership skills - able to mentor, grow, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of artists.


• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.


• Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Own the artistic vision of slot game projects from start to finish.


• Lead, support, and coordinate the work of assigned artists to ensure consistent visual quality.


• Oversee the creation and refinement of all visual assets - concepts, in-game art, UI, animation, and more.


• Ensure timely delivery of assets that meet the artistic direction, technical requirements, and overall project goals.


• Collaborate with game designers, producers, and developers to align visual execution with gameplay and monetisation strategies.


• Review and validate all art materials, providing clear and constructive feedback.


• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and drive quality control across projects.


• Maintain a collaborative, professional, and creative environment within the art team and across departments.
