In this position, you'll support workshops at events like Canal Convergence and the Scottsdale Family ArtsFest and lead programs and tours at SMoCA. This flexible position can work around your schedule and includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Here is what you will get to do:
1. Provide programming support for SALI initiatives including but not limited to events, festivals, overnight retreats and workshops.
2. Facilitate learning opportunities related to curriculum and exhibitions at Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, provide matinee support at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, lead workshops or public programs, and/or support teaching artists leading workshops.
3. Communicate effectively with key staff: Community Engagement Manager, SALI Coordinators and curators, SMoCA staff and curators, patron services staff, and security.
4. Assist in maintaining all activities, materials, spaces, and other programmatic elements. e.g., supply management; studio prep, clean-up, and organization; event documentation, reporting, etc.
5. Track visitor attendance, comments, and program evaluations. Ensure all event attendees leave with a memorable and positive experience.
