Art Lead

We are looking for an experienced Art Lead to take creative ownership and guide a multidisciplinary art team within a growing project. 

Role is based in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation is provided by the company).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the art team, provide regular feedback, and support skill development across different roles.


• Oversee the creation of visual assets from concept through to final delivery, ensuring consistency and high quality.


• Collaborate with the Art Director on team planning and participate in recruitment processes.


• Maintain high visual standards through quality control and identify areas for pipeline and workflow improvement.


• Foster a positive and productive team culture through clear communication and leadership.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and at least 4 years of total professional experience (preferably within iGaming / gaming).


• Familiarity with industry-standard tools, pipelines, workflows, technical constraints, and budgeting in real-time development.


• Strong visual sense and adaptability across various art styles.


• Ability to inspire, support, and effectively manage a team of artists.


• Keen attention to visual detail and artistic consistency.


• Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.


• A solid portfolio showcasing artistic range and quality.


• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
