Job Description - Art Manager

✅ Creative Direction & Visual Strategy

Oversee all creative assets for marketing, branding, digital, and event-related materials

Develop original concepts and visual themes for campaigns, signage, menus, and print collateral

Ensure brand consistency across all visual platforms and partner materials

Lead brainstorming sessions and provide hands-on creative direction

✅ Team & Project Leadership

Supervise and guide graphic designers, illustrators, and freelance creatives

Set timelines, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met

Review and approve final artwork before publication or printing

Provide feedback and professional development to the creative team

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, events, and banquet sales teams to support promotions and visual communication

Participate in planning for large-scale events, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships

Present design proposals to leadership and stakeholders as needed
