We are seeking an Art Teacher for our Hoboken campus for the 2025-2026 academic year. Standard work hours and time off as per the Faculty/Staff Handbook.
Reports to: Hoboken Campus Principal
The Candidate
You have a successful track record of teaching art to elementary students. We are looking for candidates who bring creativity, excellent relationship skills and a collaborative approach to their craft. The art teacher will also exhibit a passion for fostering a strong culture of student engagement in learning, in close alignment with our mission. Our faculty models a spirit of collaboration and inquiry to “foster curiosity, compassion and confidence in students who think deeply, act ethically and lead by example.” Candidates will be culturally competent with effective organizational and classroom management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to develop interpersonal relationships with faculty, families, and students.
You are an energetic, self-starting professional with a positive attitude. You work collaboratively, creatively and flexibly with others in a small community and can instill confidence in the program with parents and caregivers.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range is $50,400 - $73,500. Stevens offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 403(b) retirement savings account match program, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance as well as reimbursements for cell-phone use and and for an on-street parking permit in Hoboken.
