About the Role

We are currently hiring a full-time Art Therapist to join our North Miami team. This is a clinic-based, employee position where you’ll provide therapeutic art interventions to pediatric clients with diverse needs. You will work in close collaboration with other therapists in a multidisciplinary setting focused on fostering growth, emotional regulation, communication, and self-expression through creative modalities.

This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, has a passion for working with children, and is excited to contribute to a vibrant and innovative clinical environment.

3. What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group art therapy sessions to pediatric clients in our clinic setting.
• Use creative and evidence-based approaches to support emotional, cognitive, sensory, and behavioral goals.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, MTs) to support holistic client care.
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to share updates and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development.
• Utilize clinic-provided materials, therapy tools, and designated art therapy space.

4. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Art Therapy or related field.
• Registered or Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR or ATR-BC) preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer proficiency.
• Clean background check.
