Position: Arts & Design Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated design, writing, and imagery for craft, hierarchy, and deliberate choices.
• Grade model outputs against professional standards, considering brand, accessibility, and licensing.
• Develop briefs from delivered work, including audience, constraints, and reference answers.
• Flag technically competent outputs that are not suitable for shipping.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Professional experience in design, writing, or a creative production discipline.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
