ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Wrestling Coach / Junior Varsity Coach is responsible for assisting the head varsity coach in all aspects of the wrestling program while assuming direct responsibility for the coaching and development of junior high and junior varsity student-athletes. This position supports practice sessions, conditioning, equipment management, meet administration, and team logistics, while maintaining a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment that promotes academic success, sportsmanship, and personal growth for students.
