The Psychological Examiner I is responsible for delivering psychological assessment and diagnostic services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and related conditions. This role involves conducting Determination of Intellectual Disability (DID) evaluations, supporting treatment planning, and ensuring psychological services align with state and agency standards. Services will be provided under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Schedule:
16 hours per week between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in psychological or counseling work
preferred.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology; must have completed 60 semester credit hours, with a maximum of 12 hours of practicum, internship, or structured experience counted towards the total, along with passing the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and the Jurisprudence Examination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in behavioral health planning, evaluation, and staff training is a plus. Experience with individuals with IDD, ASD, or related conditions is strongly preferred.
