Join the nation’s leading independent service provider for critical telecommunication and renewable energy infrastructure.  We are the premier independent service provider for our nation’s critical infrastructure. With over 2,500 team members nationwide, Pearce delivers comprehensive engineering, maintenance, repair, and repowering solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of our nation’s wireless and wireline telecom, commercial and utility-scale solar and wind projects, EV charging stations, as well as large-scale power generation, critical power and energy storage assets.

Your Impact

As the ASE Team Lead, you’ll own end-to-end delivery of AT&T projects—aligning scope, schedule, and budget while removing roadblocks and standardizing workflows. You’ll translate customer requirements into clear execution plans, keep internal/external stakeholders tightly coordinated, and use data to drive decisions. Your leadership will improve throughput, quality, and on-time delivery across outside plant (OSP) workstreams—ultimately strengthening customer trust and program performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Program & Delivery Leadership

    • Lead large or complex AT&T project portfolios from kickoff through closeout; control scope, cost, schedule, risk, and change.

    • Build detailed work plans, milestones, and staffing plans; monitor job progress and rebalance resources to hit targets.

    • Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure all deliverables meet customer specs and internal policies.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication

    • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and functional managers; communicate requirements, decisions, and risks.

    • Prepare concise status reports and executive-ready summaries for clients and leadership; escalate issues with clear options.

  • Data, Reporting & Systems

    • Maintain accurate data in internal and client systems; ensure timely updates to trackers and portals.

    • Use dashboards and KPIs to measure performance; identify/report system or reporting gaps and partner to implement new functionality.

  • Process Improvement & Issue Resolution

    • Proactively identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and defects; drive corrective actions and preventive measures.

    • Standardize and document procedures to improve efficiency, repeatability, and cross-team alignment.

  • Team Leadership

    • Forecast and secure resources; assign work, set expectations, and coach the team to meet or exceed goals.

    • Uphold schedule discipline, budget adherence, and rigorous QA across all assigned jobs.

Core Experience

  • Required

    • 2–3+ years of project management leading multi-disciplinary teams in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.

    • Strong command of project controls (scope/cost/schedule), risk management, and change control.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (trackers, pivot tables, lookups); comfortable building/reading dashboards.

    • Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.

    • Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

    • Self-motivated, able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Preferred

    • AT&T program experience (processes, systems, deliverables, SLAs).

    • Knowledge of OSP activities: fiber cable design, pole line construction, conduit system design; familiarity with OSP standards.

    • Experience using internal/customer systems for project intake, tracking, and closeout; aptitude to define new dashboard/report needs and partner on deployment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Success Profile

    • Resolves complex problems using sound judgment within defined policies/guidelines.

    • Consistently meets established schedules and elevates team performance through clear goals, metrics, and feedback.
