The Regional Manager for ASEAN will be responsible for seeding and growing themonday.com business in ASEAN. She/He will have revenue accountability for the ASEAN market, be required to start-up, build, motivate, inspire and curate the team, plan and executemonday.com’s market entry in South East Asia and ensure client success at all times. She/He will be supported by themonday.com global team lead and the APAC lead.The Regional Manager for ASEAN will need to strive for excellence and be a sales & channel leader. She/He will be passionate, driven, commercially astute, culturally sensitive, able to build strong relationships and have deep experience in executing in the local market. To help build and grow a high-performing ASEAN team
Assess market demand and prioritise resources to best serve local customers and partners
Develop strategic partnerships in order to drive new revenue channels
Support, Structure & Negotiate agreements with partners, including new business models.
Participate directly in complex sales situations, negotiations and close new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management
Ensure the delivery of a high-quality Customer Experience (CX).
Cultivate a healthy, diverse, and inclusive sales culture in support of monday.com core values, mission and bold ambitions.
Maintain and report an accurate deals pipeline forecast
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
10+ yrs relevant experience as a B2B sales/channel leader in ASEAN
Experience leading teams selling SaaS to SMB, MidMarket and Enterprise companies
Experience in both early-stage market entry and high-growth scale stages
Experience in leading and developing Sales Leaders and cross functional teams
Excellent and proven commercial skills
Extensive relationship network in ASEAN
Stand-out management, leadership, and mentoring skills
Self driven entrepreneurial spirit
Bias to speed, yet detail-oriented
Can-do attitude
