What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Ensure required tasks are completed in a timely, compliant manner with safety and quality as top priorities.
Maintain inventory of equipment, gowning and cleaning supplies to support production areas.
Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment that supports continuous improvement in efficiency, material usage, and quality.
Assist, train, and perform tasks as needed to meet schedule requirements.
Monitor employee training needs and recommend appropriate programs to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
Oversee documentation processes and review log entries for accuracy and compliance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicants must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Consistent satisfactory performance and attendance.
Able to achieve and maintain aseptic gowning qualifications.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Previous experience working in Aseptic Services
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees to follow instructions and complete a variety of tasks to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and plant procedures.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Ability to work in conditions requiring prolonged standing, stretching, and reaching.
Frequent lifting of 15–20 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 25 pounds.
Successfully complete the on-site aseptic gowning training program and demonstrate the ability to work in aseptic conditions while wearing the required gowning (complete coverage including hood and goggles) for extended periods.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, data analysis, and data entry. Extended time working on computers or tablets may be required.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements
Holiday, weekend, and overtime hours may be required to meet business and/or customer needs; flexibility is required.
Overtime and weekend work will be required.
