HOURS
10-20 hours a week; Work shifts include Monday-Friday 4:30am-8:30am, 8:00am-12:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm; Saturday and Sunday between operating hours of 6:00am-7:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction and supervision of the Facility Manager and/or Asst. Facility Manager, and the PT Guest Services Coordinator, the Front Desk/Guest Services Representative is primarily responsible for providing quality customer service to anyone who enters the building or calls the facility seeking information or assistance. This is a busy and fast-paced facility that requires frequent interaction with members, renters, and the public to promote programs and services, perform registration transactions, and assist with clerical support for management staff. Additional duties include but are not limited to, informing program participants of class cancellations or changes, handling and balancing cash and other POS transactions, typing, filing and data entry, maintaining confidential information, assisting with special events and performing other duties as assigned. This is an at-will position.
