Requirements for the Maintenance Technician job in Fort Pierce, Florida:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
• Ability to weld and fabricate metal components as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
• Commutable to Fort Pierce, Fl before starting work.
