A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Administrative Assistant for Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Education on the Mesa, Arizona campus. The clinical education administrative assistant will provide administrative and clerical support for ASHS’s Speech-Language Pathology Program in the Department of Speech Language Pathology. The clinical education administrative assistant will mainly provide support for clerical clinical components of the program. The clinical education administrative assistant will assist the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) with processes, documentation, identifying clinical sites, and data management related to clinical rotation assignments, simulation experiences, student requirements (e.g., risk management records), and clinical sites/supervisors (e.g., credentials, location, contact information). The clinical education administrative assistant will also facilitate financial processes (e.g. invoices and reimbursements), student recruitment/enrollment activities, scheduling and other administrative duties, as assigned. The clinical education administrative assistant will assist in the management of students' clinical files, ensuring compliance for accreditation, contributing to overall accomplishment of program objectives, supporting the program director as needed, and supporting faculty, clinical advisors, and clinical educators/supervisors in their duties.
