Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for a strong, people-first leader to help run daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an outstanding experience for every family we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll grow your management skills while making a real difference in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop front desk and aquatic staff

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily school operations

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Help build a positive, high-performing team culture

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility
