Asphalt Pavement Sealcoating & Patching Lead
MCP Facility Services is launching a new Asphalt Pavement Sealcoating & Patching Division and seeking a hands-on leader to manage and grow this division. This role is ideal for an experienced professional in sealcoating & parking lot repair with proven strength in training, motivating and managing a team to deliver high-quality results. The Asphalt Pavement Sealcoating and Patching Lead will be responsible for helping to build sales backlog, driving operational efficiency, and will play a key role in cross-selling MCP’s full suite of facility services to maximize client value.
Client Relationship Management – Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure satisfaction & ongoing service improvement. Function as a primary point of contact for client issues & resolution.
Financial & Budget Oversight – Assist in developing and managing operational budgets and ensure financial metrics are achieved. Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Team Oversight & Development - Lead, train, & motivate crews to deliver high‑quality work. Maintain a positive environment focused on quality work & growth.
Experience & Skills
Proven leadership in sealcoating & parking lot repair.
Strong skills in scheduling, resource management, & quality control.
Familiarity with asphalt pavement sealcoating and patching equipment, materials, & safety practices.
Excellent communication & customer service abilities.
Skilled in building & maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, & vendors.
Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing tasks & managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to identify, assess, & resolve problems & issues related to operations and contracted projects.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
