Job Description - Asphalt Paving Foreman

We are a turn key company that performs a wide variety of work, from asphalt patching to roadway paving, parking lot paving and widenings. We are a top quality paving company with excellent paving crews who pride themselves in quality 5 star work. We are in need of experienced operating paving foremen to manage jobs and a crew. Job requirements:

Manage daily operations of job and crew.

Ensure quality work is performed at all times.

Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.

Managing material orders.

Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.

Communication with Project managers on any issues that may arise during the operation of the job.

Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.

Communication with asphalt plant and truckers throughout the day.

Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.

Job Type: Full-time

Weekend availability a must

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay based on profit and production

Experience:

Paving Foreman: 3 years (Required)

Asphalt Construction: 5 years (Required)

Operating Asphalt Equipment: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: 70+ Mile Radius of Raleigh. Report to Corporate Office in AM.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
