Asphalt Paving Screwman

Servicing Columbus and the surrounding areas, the Ohio team is focused on commercial asphalt paving and concrete along with the development of the sports construction business.

We need an experienced Asphalt Paving Screwman to work in our paving operations throughout Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for yield and quality control of asphalt paving operation.

• Assist in coordinating crew activities with the foreman.

• Develop and maintain positive relations with internal and external customers.


• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.


• Support personnel during the construction of work.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of experience working in asphalt construction, with a minimum of 2 years using paving electronics.

• Understanding the setup and use of paving electronics.


• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and tools.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.


• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 lbs. or more).


• Ability to work in various weather conditions
