Asphalt Project Manager & Estimator - Paving & Maintenance Projects

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator to oversee paving and asphalt maintenance projects from bid through completion in Milford, MI. This full-time role combines pre-construction estimating, project management, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

As an Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator, you will prepare accurate estimates, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and monitor project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects in Milford, MI, from bid award through project closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress to maintain profitability
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project scope, timelines, and expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain smooth workflow

• Proven experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management
