Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects in Highland, MI, from bid award through completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress to maximize profitability.
