Ass. Manager RSC

For one of our clients we are looking for an Assistant Manager RSC. As Assistant Manager RSC, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations within the Remote Service Center. You will ensure that operational processes run efficiently, service levels are met, and that team performance is aligned with company objectives.

You will assist in coordinating daily activities, monitoring workflows, and supporting the RSC Manager in achieving operational targets and maintaining high service quality standards.

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s level working and thinking ability, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  
•  Several years of experience in operations, service center, or team coordination roles
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
•  Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  
•  Problem -solving and analytical thinking skills
  
•  Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  
•  Experience with operational systems or monitoring tools is an advantage
  
•  Stress -resistant and proactive attitude
  

What Will You Be Doing?

As an Assistant Manager RSC, you will support the RSC Manager in the daily operations of the Remote Service Center. You will help monitor operational processes, ensure service levels are met, and assist in managing team performance.

You will coordinate workflows, support issue resolution, and ensure effective communication between teams. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements, assist in reporting and performance analysis, and help implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.

A key part of your role is ensuring smooth daily operations and stepping in where needed to support decision -making and team management.
