Job Summary & Essential Functions: We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components using Electronics Manufacturing Processes. This role demands a high level of precision, manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards.

• Read and follow procedures / bills of material
• Assemble sub-components, complete assemblies using hand tools, drivers, etc
• Operate equipment used for our assembly
• Label as appropriate
• Mechanical, Electrical testing as required
• Record and maintain test data
• Inspect and package assemblies
• Compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
• Soldering

Equipment used:

• Air-driven torque drivers
• Manual tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, nut drivers, scribes, etc.)
• Packing equipment (tape gun, labeler)
• Test equipment
• Computers and manufacturing software, including windows software

Requirements

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Manually dexterous.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Color vision
• Familiarity with computerized test equipment preferred
• Hand soldering preferred
• IPC Certification preferred

• This is an electronics field service and manufacturing environment that requires the use of safety devices including glasses with side shields and ESD equipment/clothing.
• Team-based environment
• Isopropyl alcohol, RTV, various glues
