Assembler

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring an assembler for our production team.

We prefer prior experience in a manufacturing environment but we are open to training the right employee to complete the job. This is a very multifaceted role. You will be using a variety of tools to put together finished products. The job duties are very physically involved and will require you to complete projects on a strict deadline.

This will be a Monday through Friday schedule, you will not be required to work on the weekends. There may be opportunities for overtime based on production needs.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing for each project by the gathering items required
• Following detailed instructions to assemble products
• Using hand, power and measuring tools effectively
• Packaging completed items and preparing them for shipment
• Keeping detailed records of your work and submitting them to your lead
• Checking yours and other's work to ensure there are no defects or damages
• Performing basic machine operation
• Taking on additional responsibilities and learning new skills
• Reporting project delays to your manager and remaining in communication
• Working with the warehouse team and assisting in their department is it is needed

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an industrial production environment is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to operate a forklift is a plus but it is not required
• The willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
