Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for assembling various components and products according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. 
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently. 
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. 
• Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines. 
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings a plus. 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
