Your Experience at Premier

Here’s what you can expect from the role, the team, and our culture:

• Job Type: Full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility


• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


• Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations and works closely with crew leaders, shop trainer, and the electrical assembly team


• Interview & Onboarding Process: Virtual screening interview, on-site interview and facility tour, reference checks, and pre-employment screening

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components following provided drawings, diagrams, or written instructions


• Mount parts and devices to control panels and enclosures with accuracy and consistency


• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively


• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail


• Inspect your work for completeness and accuracy, and report potential issues to your supervisor


• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures


• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines


• Support other production areas or assist with special projects as needed

Experience and Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on assembly or manufacturing work


• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and verbal direction


• Comfort using basic hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and screwdrivers


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work


• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes and safety guidelines


• Positive, team-oriented attitude and reliability in a production environment

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs


• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift


• Frequent repetitive hand movements requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity


• Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces using hands, arms, and upper body positioning


• Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
