WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Follow detailed written instructions, engineering drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Perform precise, detail-oriented assembly operations.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as trained.
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow ECI safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position requires the ability to read labels, work instructions, computer screens, and other documentation, communicate effectively with others, and maintain close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus. Corrective lenses may be used.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in manufacturing environment and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise, dust, varying temperatures and other typical manufacturing conditions. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
