Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools, air tools, rivet guns, operate the base robot and sub assembly machines. Build devices per drawing, routing, and work instructions. Perform quality checks consistent with the Inspection and control plans. Inventory/replenish parts to assembly stations. Use the Kanban system to assure availability of parts Read orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures such as component types and configuration, mounting locations and clearances required. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain 5S in the area Work with various groups of employees in team-based environment, cross train on all assembly lines and help train new employees. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor Working knowledge of assembly machinery and tools Ability to lift 40 pounds or less, repeatedly Ability to stand and walk throughout working shift Ability to work overtime as needed Must have a minimum of six months work experience Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited institution No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
