As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands. These positions are available on our Light & Heavy Industrial Consumables Teams. You can contribute to our 100% Associate-owned company by participating in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase our shared profits.

• Competitive Compensation: Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour plus 15% shift differential

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Trouble shooting
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work with required PPE
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
• Control handheld power tools
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
