Eaton\u2019s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Assembler C - 1st Shift to join our team in Glenolden, PA!\n\nThe core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm.\n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Assembler C performs assembly and/or tests on products for aerospace industry customers.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n\u2022 Follow work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to safely and accurately assemble components. \n\u2022 Use automated equipment, manual equipment, and hand tools to crimp, stake, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to secure or join parts. \n\u2022 Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, epoxy bonding, curing, painting, etc. \n\u2022 Assist in resolving production failures or product issues. \n\u2022 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and communicate by posting interrupters on tier 1 board. \n\u2022 Maintain a clean and orderly work environment \n\u2022 Work in a team environment that promotes continuous flow assembly \n\u2022 Other duties as assigned.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired (Basic) Requirements \n \n\n\n * High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution\n * Minimum six (6) months assembly experience \n * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
