Job Title: Assembler – Heat Exchangers
Pay: $20–$28/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Lacing Assemblers to join a collaborative 1st shift team in Tulsa. This position focuses on the lacing of tubes within heat exchanger units as part of the larger assembly process. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, mechanically inclined, and detail-focused, thriving in a hands-on, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately lace and align tubes within heat exchanger bundles according to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure correct placement and spacing during assembly
• Use basic hand and shop tools to assist with the lacing and assembly process
• Read and interpret blueprints or work instructions for tube lacing layouts
• Conduct quality checks to confirm bundles are assembled to standard
• Assist in general heat exchanger assembly, including structural components
• Follow the daily production schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical or industrial assembly preferred
• Experience with tube lacing or tube bundle assembly is a plus
• Comfortable in a team-based environment with effective communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, industrial setting. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise, dust, and metal particles. PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots, is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and working overhead
• Requires strong vision and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly
