TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions has an immediate need for an experienced Assembler to join a stable manufacturing facility in Tulare, CA.

The ideal candidate for the Assembler position will have at least 1 year of previous experience handling the duties listed, be seeking long term employment, have a desire to learn and excel within a fast paced work environment and will possess a great deal of professionalism, dedication, reliability as well as a proactive approach to tackling daily tasks. Must be mechanically inclined, have previous experience in Assembly and be computer proficient.

The Assembler position is full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and will require overtime as needed (up to 8 hours of OT per week during peak). The company offers and excellent work environment, advancement opportunities, outstanding benefits and a starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Company requires a valid CA Driver License with a clean driving record as this position may require the use of a personal and/or company vehicle on occasion. Employment with this company is contingent upon the results of a drug screen which will be administered at the time the position is offered.

The Duties of the Assembler Position to Include:

• Assembling various component configurations to form partial or completed units manually or with the use of small electric or air powered hand tools
• Inspect and test components for accuracy throughout the assembly process according to company standards
• Adhere to the time and accuracy standards of the processes 
• Transport inventory between departments and to storage locations as required
• Lifting up to 80 lbs., bending, standing and stooping for the majority of the day
• Store and stack product in identified locations and with proper labeling
• Adhere to safety standards for stacking, moving, and storing products
• May use hand truck, bin, carts and/or pallet jack to move, store, and stack products
• Identify unsafe loads and obtain assistance in moving or redistributing product for safe transport and storage
• Collaborate with other department employees and managers as directed, to complete all production needs

The Required Skills, Experience and Abilities of the Assembler Position:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience handling the duties listed
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Must be able to pass a drug screen upon offer of employment
• Ability to perform a moderate amount of physical activity such as lifting up to 80 lbs., bending, stooping and standing for the majority of the day
• A high-level of detail orientation, accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to use hand truck, bins, pallet jacks to move, store and stack products
• Must be professional, reliable and dependable with the ability to excel within a heavily team oriented work  environment
