Assembler (Stacking) - 2nd Shift

The Stacker assembles coils, steel Cores, and clamps to initiate the building process for Transformers. Sets up stack tables for proper dimensions, and stacks steel according to specifications. The stacker also welds core clamp assemblies in place. In this function, you will: Follow bill of material for required core steel assemblies to be cut. Set up fixture on the stacking tables for proper high precision core alignment. Operate and set up stacking table, tilt table, and base plate. Operate horizontal shear and vertical band saw. High school or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Ability to use electronic measuring devices. Ability to operate machines and manual assembly Ability to work overtime when required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
