What You’ll Do



  • Place individual coils into the assembly machine

  • Inspect coils for knot quality

  • Operate the machine to lace coils together

  • Remove completed innerspring units from the machine

  • Monitor equipment to maintain quality and production counts

  • Keep the coiler operating efficiently and respond when a coil drops

  • Replenish lubricant and straighten tangled lacing wire when needed

  • Follow proper machine shutdown procedures to help prevent jams and equipment issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of your shift


What You Will Bring



  • No previous experience required

  • High school diploma or GED is helpful, but not required

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Ability to use vision and touch to assemble parts accurately

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using your arms, hands, and fingers

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and twist frequently throughout the shift

  • Dependable attendance and a commitment to being at work each scheduled day

  • Ability to work safely and effectively in an active manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and support additional assignments as needed
