Job Description: Assembly Technician

Location: Jamestown, NY

Job Type: Contract to Permanent

Salary: $16 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products with precision and attention to detail.
  
• Follow assembly instructions, safety protocols, and quality control processes.
  
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  
• Familiarity with military hardware assembly is a plus.
