Assembly & Test Manager

As an Assembly & Test Manager, your mission is to lead and drive performance in the Dry Pump Assembly & Test Cell, including oversight of a robotic paint shop. You will report to the Operations Manager.

You have 5 years of experience, with 5 years managerial expereince.

• Experience of managing and motivating teams - Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects.


• Lean Managenent experience and/or Six Sigma.


• Experience in facilitating and leading continuous improvement activities.


• Has continuous improvement mindset.


• Experienced in problem solving.


• Experience in leading large groups.


• KPI creation and execution.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Basom, NY, Genesee, County. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
